The first step in our placement process is to spend the time talking with the decision makers that will be involved with the placement process. It is vital not only ensure total understanding of the requirements the ideal candidate should possess, but the personality and character that fits your company environment.
From there, you sit back and we put the play in motion.
We'll provide you with resumes from qualified candidates, and then work with you to schedule personal interviews. Interviewing one of our candidates for the first time is like stepping into the third-round interview of someone that you have found on your own. Time, coupled with the knowledge of the local talent pool, is the advantage in working with PAC.
Once you have met with a candidate that you are comfortable with extending an offer to, we manage the offer process and put the employment arrangement in place.
